Firmware

Firmware upgrade can resolve previous possible issues and improve the product performance.
To avoid upgrade failure or damage to your device, verify that:

The upgrade firmware matches with the device.
Do not disconnect the power supply when the device is upgrading.
Connect a wired client to the device using an Ethernet cable for upgrade.
You’d better not use any internet applications on the wired client used to upgrade, or disconnect its internet connection.
You need to unzip the firmware using decompression software, such as WinZIP or WinRAR, after you download it.
If you want to upgrade the device using a third party firmware, understand that:
